It's not the bad job numbers -- It's corporate dominance ruining our world
The media is an important part of the propaganda. The effect of

"no transparency" in our govt. ONLY hurts the citizens.

When corporations rule:

* there is no pushback on the war build up

* the FDA dragged their feet on Vioxx for Merck...

* deficits are "hidden from the taxpayers" while corporations continue to get tax breaks and offshore tax heavens

* drug prescription bill is passed that screw seniors while pharmaceautical companies benefit.

and tons more.

This is accomplished when corporations OWN our govt. and create laws and policies in their favor and spin them in thier media.

1. I agree. Corporate America is worse than the Mafia!
When you paid the Mafia, they came through for you. Well, we've paid Corporate America BILLIONS in tax-cut bribes...now where's the hell the jobs that we PAID for?!

3. Wish stupid Americans would wake up and realize their real power
They are so sucked into the mind frame that they have to bend and spread for corporate America or corporate America will leave them and take away their jobs. Well, the bastards are doing just that anyhow!!! But, more importantly, the bastards need the American consumer. It's their prime market and without our consuming they die. The power the people have is to start putting restraints and rules on these sons of bitches (many not even American) and tell them if they don't like the rules, take their shit and sell it elsewhere. If we don't realize and exercise our power soon, we will be nothing more than a bunch of peons by the next generation. Wise up America and push back!!!!

5. The fall of our democracy . . .
...began with the fiction that corporations are people.

Corporate personhood sites -- every American should read these sites! Sadly, most Americans don't have a clue what corporate personhood means.
