Is Bush a war criminal under internation law terms??
ya know, like they do things in the international court bush wants to stay away from FOR SOME REASON?

1. It seems to me that while pre-emptive attacks are allowed, preventive
war is against the Geneva(?) conventions -- the difference being that the first is an attack to forestall another's clear and present threat (i.e., the Six Day war), while the second is a subjective determination and there is no imminent threat (the Iraq war). That's why Bushco tried so hard to make a case for an imminent threat. I can think of at least a half dozen in this administration that should be in the dock in the Hague.
