Michael Zebuhr Investigation
29 Mar 2006, James H. Fetzer
This afternoon I had the chance to speak with the homicide detective who is investigating the death of Michael Zebuhr, a student member of Scholars for 9/11 Truth. I explained that many members of the society were concerned that this killing might have had something to do with his association with Scholars. The detective informed me that substantial progress has been made and implied that they have suspects in custody. He told me it was a rather long story, which will soon be in the public domain, but that nothing about this death suggested any connection to his membership in S9/11T. I expressed my appreciation for the work the department is doing in solving the crime and explained that I was confident that the members of the society would be relieved to know that there seems to be no connection between his membership and his death. It is my opinion that what I was told is accurate and complete relative to my inquiry and that we are going to know much more very soon.

1. I never suspected that it might be connected, until now
Reminds me of how quickly the 9/11 hijackers were identified.

I can't wait to read the "real" story. Because it's pretty hard to prove a negative, which is what that statement seems to be doing.

2. From author William Blum
" The First Watergate Law of American Politics states: "No matter how paranoid you are, what the government is actually doing is worse than you imagine." The Second Watergate Law states: "Don't believe anything until it's been officially denied." Both laws are still on the books." William Blum

Conspiracies
"Anti-conspiracists insist that, unlike the rest of us, the rich
and powerful do not act with deliberate intent." Michael Parenti

In a roomful of smoking guns, they demand a smoking cannon.

The well-known term "conspiracy" may not actually serve us very
well, since it suggests an arcane aberration rather than the
normal workings of our ruling class.

The trivialization of conspiracism may itself be a conspiracy.

Humpty-Dumpty was pushed.

With the JFK assassination we gave up part of our democracy and
we're not going to get it back unless we find out who did it.
Prof. Peter Dale Scott sees the JFK assassination as an "internal
adjustment".
