Some German News
1) Lecture held by my Co-Author Mathias Bröckers at the Berlin Free University (German):
http://broeckers.com/Ringvorlesung%20FU%20Berlin.htm

2) Mounir Al-Motassadeq was convicted about one year ago to be somehow helpfull to the somehow guilty Atta, Jarrah ...
Today his trial in front of the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) began to re-judge the allegations. More on
http://www.medienanalyse-international.de/motassadeq.html

3) Abdelghani Mzoudi, who was miraculously freed by the judge in December, has another day of trial tomorrow. Same allegations as in the case Motassadeq, but there was a letter allgedly coming from Binalshib in which Binalshib told the world that only he and the small Atta-Group and nobody else in Hamburg knew what was coming.
More:
http://www.medienanalyse-international.de/mzoudi.html

4) The article of Chaim Kupferberg is available in German now too

1. meanwhile
1) Motassdeq: the decision of the BGH will be published March 4th,
it looks as if the trial must be reopened.

2) Zakeri had his big appearance, told some nice fairy tales and slipped the information that the German BND (secret service) offered him 1.000 Euro for each interview. Which insulted him because he wanted to give his informations for free :-)). He said.

3) As I noticed with Motassadeq the lawyers do not know much and the trials are really no places of debates and truthseeking arguments. If there is a question the lawyers get gagged by some fake video (which we all know and have already analysed 10 times ...)

4) there is a fight between secret services running - I do not know exactly to what extension and with which intention, but obviously the whole trial is a soccerfield of interests including the US-govenment and the German government, including Ashcroft, Ridge and Schily in person.

5) Just in this moment it is 8 p.m. and I see the main news of our main channel: Mzoudi is News No. ONE, and it says that even the secret services and the prosecutors admitted that their own witness Zakeri is telling fairy tales. Everybody expects next thursday Mzoudi will be judged innocent. Which may include that he is immediately expelled to maroc which will immediately hand him over to the US.

So maybe in some days you have Mr. Mzoudi ....

2. Some more Zakeri-storys
http://www.spiegel.de/panorama/0,1518,284485,00.html

Spiegel tells us about the appearance of Zakeri in the court and what he told in former month about Mossad or Iranians being involved in 9/11.
It is the "Spiegel", fed by the CIA. No wonder that the deep regret is noticable that "the two alleged terrorists" Motassadeq and Mzoudi might come free. Which means: they are for sure terrorists, but somehow the judicial system of germany could not prove it - mostly because of the judges who wer too fast and sloppy.

3. Thursday - will Attas colleague get free?
http://www.jungewelt.de/2004/02-03/016.php

http://www.freitag.de/2004/06/04060501.php

two interviews. One with Mzoudis lawyer, one with a 0/11-sceptic who blames the German government to withhold information about the foreknowledge obtained in the Hamburg surroundings of Atta. It is all a government affaier and not a normal nonpolitical simple trial in a murder case ...

4. This here is English and very comprehensive and !! breaking news
http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/L044122.htm

A new delay for the verdict against Mzoudi?

Keep in mind that the famies of the victims seek truth, responsibility, justice - so different motives are obvious. Their German lawyer Schulz does not support those who seek truth. He wants to hold somebody responsible ...

5. Mzoudi is free. Motassadeq still not. Moussaoui had not even a trial.
Edited on Thu Feb-05-04 08:02 AM by medienanalyse
These three persons were allgedly the closest allies of Atta, directly involved in 9/11. Additionally Binalshib and KSM, wherever they may be.

But there is no evidence for any allegation.
http://www.spiegel.de/panorama/0,1518,285020,00.html

Mzoudi was adressed by the judge directly: "in dubio pro reo". So the judge made his pledge ofa allegiance (I believe in the bushist story of 9/11) - but he could not prove it. Poor man.

6. and here the NYTimes ....
again not adressing the main problem:

why does the U.S.A. not deliver evidence if they have?

http://www.nytimes.com/2004/02/05/international/europe/05CND-HAMB.html?ex=1076999376&ei=1&en=c767333d0c08b623

May be because they HAVE NOT?

7. How Osma is hidden and protected
Just this evening a video in the German TV:
http://www.phoenix.de/dokus/16161/index.html

We could see Tora Bora and all the OBL places in Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar and so on - and some og his closest friends. August 2003. Nicely protected by Pakistan secret services. And some questions like: if we can approach Osma so closely - why not the U.S. with all their money, influence, technical devices?

10. Highest Court Ruled: Motasaadeq- Case Must Be Tried Again
http://de.news.yahoo.com/040304/286/3wxu4.html

This means: worldwide there are 3 persons who are allegedly directly involved in 9/11:

Moussaoui: in U.S. custoy but not even in court

Mzoudi: free because of "surving" a trial (but now there is a new allegation in which a 911-family memeber tries to get money of him

Motassadeq: still in jail because of the sentence of a court one year ago, but the court must judge it again now.

3 persons - and obviously NO EVIDENCE of the bushist story of Arabs committing the 9/11- crime!
