I found this and you can listen and take it for what it's worth. Is the guy telling the truth? And was this the plane Rumsfeld mentioned that one time when he did a press conference and he let it slip?

1. Yes Rumsfeld made a slip of the tongue about this plane
There are similar stories as well, so it could be through. However Howard Stern makes for reallly unreliable witnesses.
