on Tuesday, May 18, 2004, I would guess he's talking about the WTC building collapses and various plane crashes in NY.

Yes, he talks of plans for many types of emergencies. Then state that not only were drills and exercises conducted, but there were actual emergencies that occurred.

indicates that Kerik is actually talking about what was done before 911:

And honestly I think it's pretty normal that a city like New York tested buiding collapses and plane crashes. The only thing I'm asking if anybody has further information and details about it.

He was a major facilitator of the whole catastrophic 9/11 propaganda spectacle. Time will tell...and I hope he is still alive to suffer for his actions and inactions when time does tell!
