1. Actually we've had several. Ask the Palestinians and the Israelis.
9-11 has been around for awhile.

2. Yes, there will be more 9-11 actions. You betcha.
They are obviously very effective. The better question, in my opinion, is: What KIND of 9-11 actions lie ahead? Reichstag fire? Gulf of Tonkin? Stampede of horses at Bunnypants' ranch? BB gun shots fired at the WH?
