Just over thirteen minutes into the clip, Clinton describes the Bush* administration's inaction to get bin Laden as "strange". Do you know what this means? Clinton believes that Bush* let it happen on purpose! He said "strange", not "neglectful" or "irresponsible" or "incompetent". Our respected former president, with utmost credibility, is preparing to uncover Bush*'s LIHOP for us!
