"TerrorStorm" have you seen this yet?
Edited on Sat Sep-02-06 10:25 PM by IChing

from the August 27th showing in texas.

It is available for free viewing at this google link :http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=786048453686176230&q=terrorstorm

For many that don't know about "false flag" operations that have been used by governments over the years this film covers many of them.

1. The burning of the Reichstag for a rise to power and the "faked" takeover of a German radio station in "Operation Himmler" as pretexts for invading Poland. Mentally ill patients were kidnapped, drugged and planted near the scene of the crimes with foreign colours.

2. Operation Ajax (1953) - the CIA and MI5 overthrow democratic pro-American anti-communist leader of Iraq, Mohammed Mossadeq. Declassified in the history department at www.cia.gov
Kermit Roosevelt went public in 2000 bragging of the bombings, attacks on mosques and religious leaders, bribery and propaganda blamed on Mossadeq's government, and the CIA's creation of Iraq's secret police

3. The Gulf of Tonkin Pretext - President Johnston gives the order to sink an American destroyer in 1964 as a way to open the war in Vietnam. Declassified in 2005.

4. USS Liberty Attacked was one of the actions resulting from the Operation Northwoods document. Lyndon Johnson's backroom deal with Israel involved them launching a full scale attack on the most decorated ship in the fleet.

5. 1946-1983 NATO's Stay-behind armies - Operation Gladio (targeting of buses, schoolbuses and trains) in Western Europe, The Middle East America, Asia, and Italy targetting innocent civilians and blaming it on those left of the political spectrum. Italian officials guilty at their complicity came clean and blew the whistle.

Google any of these mention and read up to inform yourself.

I think you will also enjoy this free film which is almost 2 hours long.

1. Oh--Jim Marrs. I heard his live presentation on the Kennedy
assassination 10 or 15 years ago, read one or 2 books of his. A lot of solid stuff, but sometimes I'm not sure if he's about to fall offf the edge & take me with him.

3. Alex Jones is the best by far
I have been listening to Alex Jones since buying his DVD 9/11 Road to Tyranny in 2002. Been downloading his radio show from the internet since 2003. Some people are turned off by his emotion. I think its great to have passion for getting the word out. He is the hardest working guy in the business with a 5 day a week 3hr radio show in GCN, 2hrs TV show Austin Cable Access, Sunday radio show on KLBJ, makes movies, does interviews, literally works 7 days a week. You can download all his stuff and copy it. He wants you to copy and freely distribute media to get the word out. The only thing I dont agree with him is religeon cuz im athiest.

This is one of my favorite videos of Alex at the Chicago 9/11 Conference giving a key note speech on history of governement sponsored terror.

6. It's a good starter.
With any of Jones' work, do independent research to confirm.

Still highly recommended.

8. I should have titled this thread differently
in order that it didn't get sent to the basement, I really wanted to educate more people on false flag operations which I thought the film handled well.

I don't always agree with him either but hell
I don't even agree with everyone at DU! LOL:)

9. Inform Yourself Indeed
The Reichstag fire was probably started by vanderLubbe; even Jones notes that the only evidence that it was started by the Nazis was a joke made many years later by Goerring.

Operation Ajax certainly appears to be a true story.

The Gulf of Tonkin synopsis is just wrong; even Alex Jones doesn't claim what you say he did. Here's a transcript of this portion:

And now, the Gulf of Tonkin incident. In the summer of 1964, President Lyndon Baines Johnson needed a pretext to commit the American people to the already-expanding covert war in Southeast Asia.

(News Broadcast with David Brinkley)

Brinkley: Three communist PT boats attacked an American destroyer off the coast of Vietnam yesterday and today President Johnson’s response was hard and tough.

Johnson: To any armed attack on our forces, we shall reply. To any in Southeast Asia who ask our help in defending their freedom, we shall give it.

(Jones) In November of 2001, the LBJ Presidential Library and Museum released tapes of phone conversations with the president and then-Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, where they openly discussed plans to use the staged Gulf of Tonkin incident as a pretext to expand the war. Then, in late 2005, the National Security Agency declassified its own official history of the Gulf of Tonkin, and admitted that intelligence agency officers had deliberately skewed the intelligence and claimed that Vietnamese patrol boats had attacked US destroyers on August 4, 1964, when in reality they had done nothing, even while being fired on by US forces.

Congress then authorized the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution. The Tonkin lie paved the way for 58,000 American deaths, and over a million and a half dead Vietnamese.

What Jones ignores is that the Gulf of Tonkin incident was actually two separate incidents. Most historians agree that the August 4 attack never happened, but an earlier attack (on August 2) did. Jones also claimed that North Vietnamese boats were shot at on August 4, where modern accounts simply state that there were no NV boats in the area.

I'll take a pass on the Liberty and Operation Gladio.

10. He confused Tonkin with Liberty
Marinus van der Lubbe was mentally ill, confessed and was convicted( Ernst Torgler, G. Dimitrow and others were released because of lack of evidence.

I have a funny book where Alexander Haig(Knight of Malta) claims Kennedy dragged us into Vietnam. lol

Alex Jones interviewed some crew members of the Liberty, he could have included the Audio into the movie.

12. Mossadeq was Prime Minister of IRAN
Iran, not Iraq.

The CIA did indeed overthrow and assasinate him, and put in the forever unpopular Sha of Iran in his place. This ultimately led to permanent bad blood against America in Iran, and Islamist revolution in 1979. Ironically, Mossadeq himself was pro-democracy, pretty much pro-American and anti-Stalinist, and certainly no Isamic extremist. Of course, it was ECONOMIC reasons that led the CIA to kill him.

13. Mossadeq was a socialist (OMG),
wanting to spend the wealth of the nation on the people of the nation rather than have it end up in the hands of a few wealthy and powerful transnational corporations.
The nerve...

14. BBC docu on Gladio:
Gladio - BBC Timewatch (1992)
http://www.thedossier.ukonline.co.uk/video_CIA.htm
Three-part series investigating the secret activities of 'stay behind' units in Europe after the Second World War. Exposes the clandestine terrorist activities of these groups in Belgium & Italy, and their involvement with the CIA. Directed by Allan Francovich.

Gladio is perhaps the largest and least known case of false-flag operations. All other cases are about one operation each. Gladio is an umbrella operation spanning decades, involving many cases all over Europe.
