More information released - data from United 93's FDR + other stuff

I haven't look at it yet. There's seems to be quite a lot of stuff we've been asking for.

It seems they're saying American 77 didn't fly over the Pentagon at all, but executed the "spiral dive" before it actually got there.

And check out the map on page 33 of the 9/11 CR: there's no circle before the Pentagon, although they mention it in the Report.

5. I think it looks like there is a circle in the path before the pentagon.
From the information in this release it looks like the diameter of that final turn was about 3 miles. Given the scale for map of the overall flight path in the 911 Commission Report one might expect it wouldn't be too obvious, but I think it is there.

Comparing the end point of AA77's flight path to the other planes, it looks like there is a difference. Here is that same picture cropped and resized to 400% of the original:

Am I just seeing things, or is there a circle at the end of AA77's flight path on the image that was in the 911 Commission Report?

Thanks for posting these threads when new information comes out - I'm surprised they don't generate more interest. Maybe we should start insulting each other to keep this thread at the top of the page. :)

I am kind of curious about something. There is a detailed report on UA93's flight data recorder, but nothing for AA77's. You previously posted the www.911blogger.com report that FDR data from AA77 had been released - they even had a picture of some of it on their site. The NTSB flight path study for AA77 was partly based on FDR data, I wonder why there isn't also a detailed report for the data that was on it.

I check www.911blogger.com , www.911truth.org and http://www.911myths.com/html/what_s_new_.html most days for new stuff.
Blogger is probably the most comprehensive.

I am surprised new information doesn't attract more attention too. Just think of all the energy expended on Al Suqami's "magic" passport, but when it came out it was posted twice (by me and then by AndreII) and got next to no response.

I don't know whether there is a specialist's factual report for American 77's FDR, but I guess there may well be. I think the reason GWU obtained the one for United 93's FDR, but not the one for American 77's FDR is that the report for United 93 is mentioned in the 9/11 CR, but the one for American 77 is not, and they were only applying for stuff that was mentioned. I guess you could try filing an FOIA request for it and seeing what happens. Here's the generator: http://www.rcfp.org/foi_letter/generate.php
Whatever you do, don't use the FOIA request generator at the FBI site - it doesn't work.

2. I was just reading the pdf for Flight 77
It looks like the pilots were still in control until at least 8:51 AM. Yet nowhere in the transcript does anyone bother to tell them another jet just crashed into the WTC? You would think AA Flight Controllers would have known they just lost Flight 11 and would have issued a warning?

4. My recollec'n is that the airlines were operating in "damage control" mode
and trying to keep the hijackings a secret as long as possible.
