4 Israelis hurt by rocket in Rafah; Mofaz warns of Hamas growth

Four Israelis were slightly injured by an anti-tank rocket near Rafah, in the Gaza Strip, on Sunday.

The four, employees of a company contracted by the Defense Ministry, were working on fencing along the Philadelphi Route when the rocket hit. They were taken to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva suffering from bruising and ringing in their ears.

Mofaz warns of Hamas growth, Hezbollah plan to abduct soldiers
Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz told the weekly cabinet meeting Sunday that Hamas is growing stronger and becoming a power in its own right, in parallel to the Palestinian Authority.

He also said there have been concrete threats made recently by Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah to abduct Israeli soldiers, and that the GOC Northern Command, Major General Benny Gantz, had been alerted.
