In the third incident of its kind in recent days, Fatah gunmen stormed the offices of the Palestinian Legislative Council in Jenin, accusing the Palestinian Authority of failing to pay the families of security prisoners held in Israel.
Palestinian officials say the increasing frequency of such incidents underlines widening dissatisfaction with Mahmoud Abbas's stewardship of the Palestinian Authority, and the growing threat of a descent into anarchy unless he is able to tighten his grip.

The demonstration was organized to mark "Prisoner Day" in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. "We will stay here until the Palestinian leadership resumes financial aid to the families of the prisoners, martyrs and wanted gunmen," Zubeidi – who is described by local residents as the de facto commander of Jenin – told reporters.
He and his men later raided the offices of the Palestinian legislature and kicked out all the workers. The gunmen, who included dissident security officers, announced that they would not leave the building until all the lawmakers resigned. This is the third time that Zubeidi and his cohorts have attacked PA installations in the city. Last year,
the group set fire to the offices of the PA General Intelligence, accusing its members of helping Israel track down some of the fugitives.http://www.jpost.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=JPost/JPArticle/ShowFull&cid=1113619389795&p=1101615860782.........................................................
