1. British cameraman's family to sue Israeli government
The family of James Miller, the award-winning cameraman killed in a Gaza refugee camp last year, is to sue the Israeli government over the incident.

Miller's sister, Anne Waddington, said today she would launch a civil action against the Israeli authorities following the fatal shooting of her brother in May 2003.

Ms Waddington said it was "very clear" from the APTN footage and from eye witnesses the fatal shot could only have come from a nearby Israeli armoured personnel carrier.

But she added that 18 months after the killing there was still "no evidence and no proof the Israeli military police has conducted a proper investigation into my brother's death". Ms Waddington said her family had launched its own investigation into the incident.
