It's funny really because you can imagine this quote coming from someone trying to justify terrorism against Israeli civilians too

7. I view it at as a message about the environment for learning in Nablus

Perhaps it's more pointed. Perhaps the tank is there to advance a policy of curricular reforms. If that's the case, it just might backfire.

Still, one wants to tread carefully around such things.
