10 dead in bus bombing
Ten people were killed in this morning's terrorist attack in Jerusalem. Over 40 people were injured, several seriously....

<clip>

At approximately 09:10 a suicide bomber blew up on a crowded bus on Jerusalem's busy Gaza street in Rehavia, close to the PM's residence. The force of the bomb caused damage to adjacent vehicles and some windows of nearby buildings were cracked.

<clip>

This attack ends a period of relative quiet in Jerusalem. Analysts say the decision to carry out the attack today was intended to voice the Palestinians' anger over the prisoner deal, in which they feel they got short changed.

The intention was to send a clear and unambiguous message to Israel that it cannot shunt the Palestinians onto the back burner with impunity.

More details...

2. The cycle continues...
The barbarians cry 'remember the atrocity of last week' while committing a atrocity.
Next week, It will be the Israeli's term to commit a atrocity.
And it won't end because neither side will stop.

4. Let us
assume for just a second that Israel has greater control of its security forces than the Palestinians (they certainly do).

I would find it reasonable to beg of Israel to take the first step.

This is not to provide moral justification to either side mut a mere matter of logistics.

Palestine is by any measure a third world country regardless of the causes. Israel is not.

3. Once again innocents pay the price...
This was obviously in retaliation for the people killed in last weeks IDF raids. And those raids were in retaliation for another outrage. And that outrage was in retaliation for another. And another...

And so it goes.

6. "This was obviously in retaliation
. . . for the people killed in last weeks IDF raids."

Baloney. This was obviously in retaliation for the Jews being Jewish.

5. Credit has already been claimed
Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades, a violent offshoot of Yasir Arafat's Fatah faction, claimed responsibility for the bombing, the Hezbollah television station reported. Israel radio reported that the bomber was a Palestinian policeman, Ali Munir Jarah, from Bethlehem in the West Bank.
