IOF Shoot Dead 3 Palestinians, Detain 85, Demolish 11 Houses
Four Israeli Soldiers, One Settler killed in Attacks

14/01/2004

Palestine Media Center – PMC

Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) shot dead three Palestinians since Sunday, wounded six others, detained at least 85 and demolished eleven houses in the past week while a Jewish settler and four Israeli soldiers were killed and 10 others were wounded in Palestinian attacks in the last 24 hours.

Late Tuesday, IOF announced they had shot dead a Palestinian man in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah on the Palestinian-Egyptian border, claiming he was armed.

“Soldiers on an army patrol near Rafah came under attack from automatic gunfire and a grenade and located an armed Palestinian whom they killed by opening fire on him,” an Israeli source claimed.

A Palestinian security source said that the clash had broken out next to the illegal Jewish settlement of Rafah Yam.

On Sunday, IOF shot dead Fuad Jarwan, 17, as he sat on his balcony in the village of Beita studying for a high school examination, the Israeli daily Haaretz reported.

On the same day, IOF claimed that Palestinian Iyad Bilal Marzouq Al-Masri, 16, was killed when he “prematurely detonated” an explosive devise in the village of Jinesfut, near the illegal Jewish settlement of Kedumim in northern West Bank.

1. That's odd
I haven't heard about all this in the elite media.

I guess they're too busy working on headlines which scream "PALESTINIAN KILLS FOUR ISRAELIS!!!" for a story about a suicide bomber attacking Israeli soldiers at a security compound.

So, the Israeli military goes about on a daily basis indiscriminately shooting down Palestinians, destroying homes, and basically terrorizing the civilian population, and all this is entirely ignored, while one Palestinian bomber who attacks a military target gets all kinds of misleading headlines.

Oh, that American media. I gis wee're all init tugetha fightin terra-ists

3. wow
Palestinians killed, detained, and having their houses destroyed by an Israeli army intent on terrorizing the civilian population, and you're worried about an acronym.
