Sharon's Condition Deteriorates Further
Sharon's Condition Deteriorates Further

The Associated Press
Monday, August 14, 2006; 10:49 AM

JERUSALEM -- Ariel Sharon's condition has deteriorated, according to the hospital
where the ailing former Israeli prime minister is being treated. Anat Dolev,
spokeswoman for the Chaim Sheba Medical Center, wouldn't say whether Sharon's
life was in danger.

A new scan showed a deterioration in his brain function, his urine output has
decreased significantly and a chest scan showed that he had a new infection,
Dolev said.

2. what a medical disaster...
While I've never held him in any esteem, I don't wish this kind of lingering death on anyone--especially their family. Let the poor guy go, will ya!

18. Nothing merciful about ending it early in this case,
as soon as he dies he begins his eternity in hell.

The term `war criminal` has been used so loosely that its now devoid of any Meaning, kinda like `ethnic cleansing` and `genocide` etc etc etc etc........

9. I should cite a list of specific war crimes, but that's for later. Like
Olmert, it will include an incident at Qana.

I understand, for some, these crimes are of no concern.

15. Yawn if you wish but
there will come a day when the international community will have their say on Israel and some of it's atrocities. The US will not protect them forever.

`the international community will have their say on Israel `

The international community has its say on Israel every day.

There may be a massacre in Darfur one day and on the same day an IDF plane may cause a sonic boom and the UN will call a special security council meeting to condemn The Jewish State for sneezing, all the while ignoring the massacre in Darfur.

Every country and Individual has their say on The Jewish State,Israel`s government (broad based) and the People of Israel (weather we live in or were born in the Holy land, the USA or Russia...) weather we act in self defense,in aggression,in peace ,in war,as boy scouts,as saints,as sinners,as huns,as peaceniks, as war criminals ,when we sleep, when we are awake, when we eat, when we bank, when were Zionists, when we are democrats or marxists, right wing or left wing etc etc etc etc...

Abba Eban once said,: "If Algeria proposed a resolution that the Earth was flat and that Israel has flattened it, it would pass by a vote of 120 to 3, with 27 abstentions."

We need not wait for `one day` that day came yesterday.

17. What I meant was that the world would be able to implement all
those resolutions. That the US would not block them and protect Israel. So they would have their say AND be able to do something about it.

If those IDF plane sonic booms are merely sneezes, why do them at all? It's a method to terrorize, yes there's that word, the Palestinians and Lebanese.

To classify Israel as the perpetually victimized state really does understate their many current atrocities.

22. so you've become the agressor and that's ok....
do unto others as they've done onto you? that's fine. but then you can't operate that way and then claim that peace is your goal. you don't achieve peace through murder.

11. Is It Possible That He Is Aware Of The Recent Events
If I were him, I'd probably don't want to wake up either. But no, I wish he'd get better and perhaps he can tell us what exactly we should do in this situation.
