The real Soulution to Gun Violance
Teach Proper Gun Owenership to children and new firearms oweners. Make sure they go though all of the safty class's Teach them that a gun is alot like a lawn mower or chian saw you don't need to hall it around with you when you leave your home unless your in the grass cutting business.

More Gun Laws restriciting Gun Owenership will just create a large market on the streets = more crimes with guns A crook is not going to but one at the store where it could be traced back to them. LAWS regalating the use of guns and encourching gun owenership will be the only way to beat gun crime. The more people we legally expempt from gun owenership creates more underground markets and more guns on the street like alcohol prohabition in the early 20th century.

1. Well that's certainly an interesting hypothesis.
However, this is just opinion

Have you any evidence to support your contention? Finally, I'd encourage use of a spell checker. I'm not questioning your intelligence it would just help make the passage intelligible.

2. "The real Soulution to Gun Violance"
is to have a society that doesn't feel the need to hate and kill for a pair of shoes.
A society that doesn't feel the need to back up the bars on the windows and the six dead bolts in the door with a mechanism designed for killing.
How about developing more compassion for our neighbors. Start by getting to know them, helping those in need. Treating others with respect and dignity.

What we have now is 50 years of the cold blooded-right-wing republican way. Cold wars, real wars. Unlimited greed at the higest levels. The highest prison population in the western world. Draculan prison sentence for health problems. You know the picture.

4. I agree 100% with CO Liberal, If I'm elected President as a Democrat
my number one priority will be to return all our troops from overseas. Second, I will push Congress to amend the Constitution to clear up the misunderstanding on the Second Amendment and make certain that every citizen's inalienable right to keep and bear arms is protected. My Third priority would be to pass a national "shall issue CCW" law. My fourth priority would be to abolish the AWB.

On the second day, I will rescind every executive order favorable to corporations at the expense of the working masses. Then I will push congress to amend the Constitution to state that corporations have none of the rights of an individual.

On the third day, I will push congress to amend the Constitution so that Supreme Court justices have a limited term, e.g. twenty years, and require three quarters of the House of Representatives to approve a nomination to the Supreme Court.

On the fourth day, I will push congress to amend the Constitution so that a senatorial or congressional candidate must raise 100% of their campaign financing from individuals who live in the district which the candidate hopes to represent and limit individual contributions to one days pay of the median worker in their district. I would also ban corporate contributions and allowing any candidate to use their own money.

I'm open to suggestions for the remainder of the week but I intend to rest on the seventh day.

AND DAMM PROUD OF IT!

6. I'll put that on my "to do list" for the fifth day. I believe we can fund
that by decriminalizing most drugs.

7. Hell yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Legalize it, tax it, and wipe out the deficit inside of two years.
You could admin it the same as liquor stores.
This would also free up space in the prisons for real criminals.
An added benefit will be that most people will be really mellow, and too "relaxed" to commit violent crimes.
I appreciate the "most" part, we do not want to create more problems than we solve.

I LOVE YOUR PLATFORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

10. I Agree That A National Gun Standard Is A Good Idea
If the requirements are the same in each stae, there would be less temptation to engage in gun-running. I believe this is a big problem in the East, where the states are smaller and a person can drive through several states in a single day.
