Constitutional Accountability Center (CAC)

Greetings DU,

So CAC filed an amicus brief in McDonald v. Chicago.

I've heard very little on this group in this forum, or maybe I've missed the expanded commentaries and/or references.

Any thoughts on this group? I tried to see if Don B. Kates or Gary Kleck (pro-second amendment liberal academic types) were in any way assocaited with them, but have found nothing.

1. They seem to support the WHOLE Bill of Rights and not just parts of it.
I'd call them a pretty good group in that regard.

A lot of the people who are in charge and on the Board sound pretty L of C to me. I'll look at these some more. Sounds good.
