Nashua, NH, admits shooting at truck
NASHUA, N.H.—Police say a Nashua man has admitted shooting at a truck while driving but says he didn't intend to hit the driver.

Twenty-three-year-old Ryan Perkins was arraigned Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault and reckless conduct. He faces 3 1/2 to 7 years in prison.

Perkins is accused of firing at another driver after pulling next to him as they crossed the Veteran's Bridge on the night of Feb. 6.

The Nashua Telegraph says Perkins told police he shot at the truck after it cut him off. Police say the truck's driver, who was treated for a minor puncture wound and shoulder abrasion, doesn't know what prompted the shooting and denied cutting off any vehicle.

2. He faces 3 1/2 to 7 years?
That's bullshit. He'll get out in 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 years.

And we'll read abut him again. This time he'll murder someone.

He should get a minimum of 20 years and the entire 20 years should be in prison.

3. Unrec due to OP's lack of point
Well, I hate pull a "drive-by unrec."

But once again, we're left to speculate at the OP's object in posting this story.

4. The whole damned town? Why didn't I hear the "report" in Texas?
But Nashua could be a heretofore unknown bellwether in gun-control politics.
