MBUS, anyone?

Hey all- I posted this over at outdoor life, didn't get any responses. Perhaps better luck here?

I recently picked up a pair of Magpul's MBUS, so I'll no longer be breaking the cardinal rule of running my self/home defense and range carbine without "iron" sights.

Anybody have any experience with these? I'm a fan of everything I've seen with the Magpul name on it and I'm sure these will be GTG, just wanted to see if anyone has used them or knows anyone who has.

2. I'll second that

I have a half-dozen of their PMAG-Ls, which are utterly brilliant, and I use their rail covers, which are nice. I'm sure you can't wrong with any of their gear.

3. yeah, I thought about

posting somewhere more technically oriented. But, like Euro, I've got some other gear of theirs that I love and I'm sure these will be of the same high quality.

Just thought I'd see if anyone here had experience with them, since I think the folks here have a little less of the ninja wannabe tactical badass attitude that pervades some of the other boards.

Anyhow, I appreciate your (and Euromutt's) responses, and we can happily let this thread sink to the bottom now.....

5. You certainly can't beat the price.

Just from a quick glance, they are as inexpensive as your typical UTG Airsoft-level stuff, but Magpul's reputation is way, way better. I doubt you could go wrong with them, as their customer service is also top-notch.

diveguy and everyone else! I've got them on their way and I'm pretty stoked. I actually picked up a gently used pair (assuming the seller is being honest, and I think he is) from a guy who changed up his optic and needed a different set of BUIS to make it all work.

I've got their MIAD grip setup and CTR stock, and their ladder rails, and they've all been outstanding. I know their pmags are legendary, a couple/three/four of those may be my next purchase.

So thanks for the opinions, suggestions, and the seal of approval! I had a feeling they'd be solid but it's always nice to have it confirmed.
