He'd attempted to rob a Bessemer, AL bait shop with a sawed-off shotgun. Customers came in, distracted him, and the shop owner got three rounds in him.

2. It should be Armed Robber period
All of the other titles are insignificant to his crime. This guy had a history of robbery's and possibly a homicide.

For the family to say the shop owner used excessive force...that's bullshit. A man points ANY gun or weapon at you that man intends to use deadly force to rob you.

The shop owner had every right to protect himself and the customers.
