1. Careful with that.
That's probably not one of the approved information sources, thus rendering all content null and void, no matter what the merits are...

2. Somehow I think that if the FCC/FTC/DEA confiscated DU's servers and membership records
on a technicality and never bothered to return them even if the charges were later found baseless, some DU'ers might object...

8. There is, apparently, a secret list of websites...
that are automatically devoid of content simply due to the publisher.

This rule is not written down anywhere.

Irony. It seems to breed in the dark....

4. The ACLU isn't really pro 2nd admendment
So I doubt you would ever see them representing a firearms company.

How an organization can be for liberties, but against firearms as an individual right, makes no sense to me.

5. The ACLU would do it, but not on the basis of the 2nd Amendment
They'd do it if they could make it about the 4th or 5th Amendment issue, though.

There's times I think about tearing up my ACLU card in protest at the national organization's position on firearms, but then I remember Kitzmiller v. Dover. So I just stay a member of the NRA to support the 2nd Amendment, and the ACLU to support the rest of the Bill of Rights.

7. What I find intriguing
Is that the NRA has left them hanging without so much as a statement that I have seen .

.
