1. The gun grabbers may actually die of fright, a gun and a black cat.

2. ROTFLMAO. Photo made my day!!!!!!!!
Greenbriar, your cat looks like my Bombay when he was younger.

I showed my partner and we had a laugh. What is it with cats? That look. Why shouldn't I sit wherever I want? Heh?

8. It's my experience that a cat will sit on anything, no matter how uncomfortable it is...
...If it's something a human is paying attention to. :)

16. And I found one of my cats in the laundry basket tonight!
While it was sitting on the shelf in the laundry room...

I don't have any guns, so she couldn't have ended up in my gun case.

17. The real question is: Which is deadlier?
Ha! Great pic!

I wish I had a pic of my friend's cat from this weekend. He was sprawled on her Wii-Fit board. He's a big old thing and it was hilarious to look at!

19. Reminds me of a story involving a Glock and a ferret
A friend of my wife's had two ferrets, named Scud and Sidewinder. Now in case you don't know, ferrets have a tendency to "file" anything that isn't nailed down, so much so that the joke goes that if you leave the ferrets out of their cage while you're gone, you'll come to find your house stuffed under your sofa.

So my wife's over at her friend's house, and he says "watch this," takes out his carry piece (a Glock 19, I think), clears it, and puts it on the floor. Within a few minutes, Sidewinder comes scampering past, notices the gun, gets an annoyed "who left this here" look on her face, and starts to drag the Glock under the couch by the trigger guard. And she's quite a small ferret, so dragging a 21-oz. pistol is a bit of a chore, but she managed it.

24. That's why I love cats...
I like dogs but they give their love freely.

If a cat loves you, you know you deserve it.

My current cat was a tiny feral stray kitten that a neighbor child found and brought to us because her dad threatened to kill it. We named the little fellow "Grim" as his chances for survival were so slim. (We live near a major road.) We fed him and set up a place for him to stay in our back yard. He had such a good personality that he won our hearts over and we decided to turn him into an indoor cat.

Talk about independent and smart.

He's decided he owns me. I feel fortunate.
