I saw his speech on UCTV Network on Dishnetwork. He has spoken at UCSB before. The tape is $20 plus shipping and tax.

The War in Iraq: Day of Reflection

Joseph C. Wilson

Joseph C. Wilson, IV, was the U. S. Ambassador to Iraq from 1988 - 1991 and was in Iraq when that country invaded Kuwait and took American and European hostages. Mr. Wilson talks about the war and how it was waged, including delaing with the issues of post-war Iraq and the American role in international foreign policy. He also leads a public forum on these issues after his talk.
