dammit - I can't find my links! Clinton/Osama

I'm sure I had a link debunking the assertions that Clinton turned down Jordans (?) offer to hand Bin Laden over to the U.S., but damned if I can find it.

Does anyone have the dope on this?

2. Google is all cluttered up

with unrelated stories and the one that I'm trying to debunk - but thanks anyway. I guess I'll have to slog through them to find what I'm looking for.
