A suspicious package has been found in downtown Frankfort on West Main Street, outside Farmer's Bank.

It was found by a city bus driver when he pulled up next to the road.

We understand the package is a cooler with a note on it that says "justice for all."

City police and fire officials are on the scene. The fire captain says a two block area around West Main is closed.

We have several crews in route and on the scene and will bring you a live report on WKYT as soon as possible.

2. Update: Woman claims ownership of the cooler
A two-block area around West Main Street in Frankfort has been blocked off after an alleged bomb threat was found on a cooler, but it may turn out that the cooler contains nothing more than chocolate milk.

The incident started at about 4 p.m. when the cooler was discovered sitting next to a parked city bus. However, a woman arrived on the scene shortly before 5:30 p.m. and claimed she knew the contents of the cooler, and that it was not a threat.
