Anyone needing a Whittaker-Henderson-Lowrie graduation dll please pm me
a program in C which does a Whittaker-Henderson graduation, in one or two dimensions, and optionally with the variations proposed by Walter Lowrie in 34 TSA 329. This program (more correctly a dll) can be linked into other programs such as Excel or APL which are often used to gather the raw data and use the graduated rates. (The program is for Windows only.)

1. WHGrad.dll
2. Documentation for using the program, a brief description of the Whittaker-Henderson-Lowrie method, and some tips on graduation
3. A sample in Excel illustrating its use, with some VBA functions for Whittaker-Henderson-Lowrie graduation, least squares fitting of polynomials, and Lagrange interpolation.

I'd post this in science but the DU moderators of Science have banned me from posting there because I objected to atheist prefaces/dumps on religion in the science forum.

3. I'm generally interested in anything having to do with sparse data...
Can you tell me a bit more about what this widget does?

Tangentially, what is an "atheist preface/dump on religion?"
