The Hatrack Challenge
Okay, Hatrack, I'm getting awfully tired of these global warming articles you're posting with that tedious refrain of "(fill-in-the-blank) is happening faster than we anticipated..." yada yada. Heck, there have been at least three of those within the last day or two, and probably hundreds over the last few years.

Tres annoying.

I DOUBLE DARE YOU to post an article that quotes a researcher saying "Acutally, we're surprised that this is happening so much SLOWER than our models predicted."

And finding one on the Onion doesn't count.

2. Oh wait, I know one...
They've recently discovered that CO2 uptake by forests doesn't happen as fast as they used to assume.

3. I find the Horrible Hatrack articles relaxing.
For those of us who have been living this nightmare, totally unheard, this comes as the beginning of a new era. For me, it's a crack of light.

And even then, we're only touching on the symptoms. I doubt we'll ever even get to the heart of it. We did this in a very very very short period of time.
