PENNSAUKEN -- State and Camden County officials will dedicate a new Renewable Energy Farm Thursday.

The Pennsauken Renewable Energy Park includes two solar photovoltaic fields and a landfill methane-gas-to-electricity generator that will produce 3.7 megawatts. That's enough to power about 3,700 homes.

edit: They can use the PV arrays to produce electricity during the day and landfill gas to supply juice at night - continuous power that will follow day/night load demands...
