The School of Big Storms (Sierra Club report)
It's a PDF report. I don't think there's much that hasn't been covered in this forum at one time or another, but it's an interesting compilation on national-security issues, as related to infrastructure vulnerability to major hurricanes.

...although I'm not wading into it at 3:30am. it shows promise at a quick glance, though :)

Tonight seems to be occupied by a bottle of vodka and a dead network :(

Although I could reasonably pin the power-spike that nixed my firewall on the unseasonally bad weather, and therefore on climate change :)
