Spain's Grain Harvest Projected Down 61% From Last Year - Reuters

MADRID - Spain's drought-hit grain harvest is expected to weigh in at 7.5 million tonnes, down 61 percent on last year's, farmers' union COAG said on Thursday.

The estimate, which excludes the maize crop, are much lower than the latest figures from the Agriculture Ministry, which put the harvest at 9.3 million tonnes.
