instead of voting yea which gave Bu$hCo, and the secretive Cheney Energy Task Force and Corporate America, (another) victory ... when the time seems ripe for helping country, world and party by delivering some legislative defeats to the White House, especially in light of the mounting scandals ... the Energy Bill might have been defeated? ... CAFTA would have been an opportune back-to-back 'blow' to the WH and Mr. MANdate, too
