cDOM signal = fluorescence signal of the oil

transmissomer signal = oil emulsion droplets

The drop in dissolved oxygen at the spike in the cDOM and transmissometer signals is consistent with hydrogen sulfide oxygen scavenging and prokaryote oxidation of the oil and methane.
