A daycare center. :)

3. So, then it's not a serious question. (Never mind.)

4. It's a semi-serious question
This LNG thing has been kicked up and down the state for years, and while protecting coastal views is important, providing (sort of) clean energy that we pretty much all use is important too. I don't see how it's any different than cape wind, or several other projects in different parts of the state. There may be a legitimate disagreement about where to site the thing, but marring to coastal views of the extremely wealthy is not the ecocrime of the century.

(And FWIW, daycare centers have been the subject of litigation due to inadequate review of noise impacts under CEQA. Good times.)

5. Then, perhaps a better poll might be...
What would acceptable in your backyard?
  • A nuclear power plant
  • An LNG plant
  • A water bottling facility
  • A windmill
  • A solar thermal plant
  • A daycare center

I (for example) would gladly accept a windmill, solar thermal plant or daycare center in my backyard. I'd love to have one of these right next door (even if it does make a little noise.)

7. No daycare, and no water bottling. The rest depend on how close it'll be. NT
