2. that's only a prediction.
As you can see from the graphic, it's currently a TS in the Bahamas.

3. Nor'easter?
Storm is expected to be Extratropical within 36hrs. So technically I guess it would not be a Huricane. Just another Nor'Easter with huricane force winds. Fortunatly it's still warm enough that nobody is likely to get buried in snow but likley to cause significant erosion on East and North East facing shores.
