Heads Up..Senate Finance Comm Hearing at 11AM ET. Report blasts the SEC.

House Financial Services Comm. is holding a hearing on the completed Lehman Bankruptcy report.
The Hearing is on Cspan 3 at 11 AM.

Bernanke, Geithner, ex-CEO testify on Lehman, unaware of accounting tactic.
They knew nothing, huh???

The report blasts the SEC for knowingly agreeing to remove all rules of leverage by banks, thus
leading to bank failures, Not JUST Lehman.."n point of fact, all of the firms that failed - AIG, Lehman, Bear, Fannie and Freddie - had leverage at the point of failure dramatically higher than the former limit. " (from Denninger's page)
