their stock went up 60% today. It went up a whole 30 cents a share.

7. OK don't know much about economics but--- I thought market correction was a good thing? OR, at least
not an unexpected thing?

So its back to what it was in 1997?

Sure,I see some personal tragedy in this for many individuals but is it really the end of the world as we know it disaster that they make it out to be?

8. "Market corrections" are also known as "shaking out the weak hands"
Translated, that means that insiders drive up the price to a point where momentum investors jump on the bandwagon and drive the price up to a point where the insiders dump their holdings, essentially pulling the rug out from under the small-time investors who panic sell the price down even further to the point where the insiders scoop up more stocks and repeat the sucker cycle.
