What prompted you to sell?
And what did you do for housing after you sold?

I am being nosy because we sold in late '05, in SF Bay area, and moved cross country to way cheap housing.

5. a variety of things, but I lurked in here and was watching the Housing Bubble

get pumped up. In early 2006, I decided it was time to move, we polished up the house, sold it Memorial Day and closed July '06

we moved to rural New Mexico and paid cash for an acre with a mobile home bigger than the house in AZ by 200 sf.

I loved The City. probably the only urban area of California I miss
