4. Why do people always blame blacks...
for e-mail scams? In reality, when you see people arrested for Internet-fraud, it's almost always a white guy with a white-colar job.

10. anyone who mass-markets loans on the internet
will be swamped with applicants, and 99.999% of the applicants will be trying to rip-off the loan company, if it was even remotely legitimate. And the loan company would be out of business at the end of the week, assuming the loan was legitimate and not some hybrid ARM.

You can be sure this is a scam because no company is stupid enough to send out random offers for loans thru the interent. At least the legit companies are smart enough to buy mailing lists of qualified contacts and tend to use snail mail. They already know who their target audience is going to be.
