I'm curious about a story heard on NPR today
This was during All Things Considered. I only caught the last few seconds of it, but it had something to do with some initiative in Concord, NH. Whatever it was they were proposing was met with a lot of resistence. The guy proposing it seemed surprised by this.

I'm sorry, I don't have a clue what they were talking about and was hoping one of you might know.

1. You might go out to the NPR website.
They should at least have a list of the topics frm the show, adn will probably have the audio archived.
