This what happens with a diet of McDonald's
By Sue Pleming

Washington - An American filmmaker was so intrigued by McDonald's claim its food was nutritious that he ate all his meals at the fast-food giant for a month.

The result? Twelve kilograms extra, higher cholesterol and an award-winning documentary of his fast-food journey, Super Size Me: A Film Of Epic Portions.

Morgan Spurlock hit the morning TV shows on Thursday to promote his film on surviving on a McDonald's diet, little more than a day after the company said it would end oversized portions by the end of the year.

1. Okay I dont think that mcdonalds is healthy
But it does depend a lot on what you order and how much you eat.

2. When it is too much
I really do believe it isn't so much what we eat, but how much of it. Everything in moderation as its said. Why would anyone give a child 2 cups of French fries, when their stomach is smaller than the box they put them in? Add that to a double cheese burger, and bubbly sugar water, enough fat to live on for a week.

So I'm glad to see it happening. Think this country needs to really work on better quality, less chemicals (that helps in the quality)and preservatives and get people to enjoy the art of cooking again.
