Chicago Sun Times Boycott?

Hey, folks, do you think we could launch a Boycott of the Chicago Sun Times over their continued employment of Robert Novak and actually hurt them enough to get them to cashier the bastard?

Seems like a good idea to me, but only if it has a chance of working. Otherwise we will be sending the opposite message without meaning to!

1. I don't like Novak, or Mark Steyn either................

But why boycott? I rarely read the Sun-Times but Novak and Steyn aren't the only columnists who appear in the ST.

Besides, I rather enjoy Novak's columns. Sure, he's insane. But I can read it and make up my own mind. I'm always 100% against him. But I don't believe in censorship either.

Besides, most of "us" don't get our news from the corporate media anyway. It's better to write the Sun-Times and flood them with anti-Novak LTTE's.

...of why they call Chicago "The Windy City." But would a boycott mean I have to give up Roger Ebert? Or does he write for the other Chicago paper? I can't remember.
