A Media self-referencing laugh at how they lie for Bush (from Wash Post)
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A17605-2005Feb11.html

Bush might as well be proposing legislation that two plus two is five. And if that happened, there would be no shortage of Republicans
prepared to endorse this view, experts on arithmetic to declare that
it is a very difficult question, research to indicate that the answer
may lie anywhere between 2.3 and 7.09, moderate Washington sages to
urge caution, media to report both sides of the question, and media
critics to accuse the media of a subtle bias in favor of two plus two
is four.

2. no duh
Kinsley just discovered that bushco is using one economic assumption (pessimistic growth) to prove the claim that SS is in trouble and another economic assumption (optimistic growth) to prove that piratization will work? And it took Rob Reiner to get him to see the light?

3. where can growth flourish when outsourcing jobs is good for the economy.??
just the 10,000,000 manufacturing jobs could have made a big dent in the SSI fund... livable wages could put it over the top.
