Management Shakeup at CNN

CNN cuts Hair as
head of U.S. unit

In a big management shakeup aimed at halting a brutal assault from rival Fox News, CNN has pushed aside the head of its U.S. network.
CBS News veteran Jonathan Klein has been named president of CNN/U.S., the Time Warner-owned network said.

Klein, who's been running online news service The FeedRoom for the last six years, succeeds Princell Hair, who lasted just 14 months. Hair will stay as senior vice president for program and talent development.

Klein will be the fifth person to head CNN/U.S. in the last five years. He faces huge challenges. Catapulted by popular, opinionated anchors like Bill O'Reilly, Fox is trouncing CNN in the ratings with more than double CNN's prime-time audience.

2. I don't have cable and would not watch CNN even if I did.
but this is worrisome. Sheeple who watch this stuff are only going to be less informed than they are already.

4. CNN is more dangerous then Fox . You know where Fox is coming from
What you see is what you get. CNN can't figure out what they are going to be so they tend to report nonsense and over compensate to present balance on issues where there really isn't any balance. Facts are facts
there are no two sides to them.

5. if this is so , this is totally irresponsible.
I won't mourn if CNN goes away. As i said in my snippy fashion, i studiously avoid watching it.
