Something forgotten in the Bill O'Reilly sex issue
A few weeks ago, I chided the Al Franken show (on air!) for reading excerpts from Bill O'Reilly's "novel".

I pointed out that they could get fined for reading "kiddie porn" over the air, because the excerpt they were reading was describing a sexual encounter with a 15-year-old! So why wasn't O'Reilly arrested for kiddie porn? I've read about cases where a person was arrested and thrown into jail for having a journal where he wrote out his fantasies, and it was his own private journal! I guess that pedophilia in your own personal journal is only okay if your name is Bob Packwood.

1. I believe the instance you mention
was a previously convicted individual and it DOES bring up interesting legal/ethical ramifications.

Just another comment - while I share the delight at the foibles of yet another arrogant asshole is what he did really in the realm of perversion? I keep seeing the word term perv applied to him.

2. He's a perv. The lady he was harrassing made it clear to O'Liely that
she didn't want him talking to her about sex. His answer was to jerk off while talking to her.

That's a perv in my book.

3. MSNBC Poll
Could someone please post this in a new thread? I'm new so it won't let me.

We need to get oput a vote on this poll. We don't want them to be able to use Bush winning here to benefit the Bush campaign. You can vote once from each computer you open this link on.

Thanks,
Clayton
