A New Level of Filth Regarding Dean
I think this represents a new level of deperation from the Cons. In beginning debate, we were told that if we got in a jam, try linking the opposing side to harming children as it would tug at the judge's heartstrings. We were told to do this only if we really felt backed into a corner though, because it also looked intensely bad if we were constantly screaming "What about the children."

Howard Dean's Experiments on Children

My favorite part...

Now with the support of Al Gore, Dean is in the process of "taking over America." With the help of the media, who support his radical agenda, he could succeed. But his success will depend on concealing the facts about Dean’s homosexual experiment—and how he has used young people as sexual guinea pigs.

Oh can't you feel the outrage. Dean is almost a pedophile!!

Here is the opening of this slimeball article:

While Howard Dean is a Northeastern liberal, he’s no Michael Dukakis. So says William Kristol of The Weekly Standard, writing in the Washington Post about Dean’s chances to win in 2004. In 1988, the former Massachusetts governor lost to George H.W. Bush after being branded a dreaded "Massachusetts liberal." By contrast, the media have labeled Dean a "conservative" or "centrist" on some issues.

But the truth about Dean’s embrace of the radical homosexual agenda could put the former Vermont governor on the far, far left side of the political spectrum, even beyond the liberalism of Dukakis.

For this reason, it’s a safe bet that the liberal media will try their best to keep this explosive story in the closet.

Oreste Valsangiacomo Sr., a Democrat who served 30 years in the state legislature, has written that Dean was a key member of a sophisticated campaign that implemented the homosexual agenda in the state over a period of many years.

Equally significant, Dean strongly supported Outright Vermont, a group luring young people into homosexuality. Dean met with its leaders and sponsored state funding of the group. What’s more, Dean appointed homosexual Bill Lippert, Outright’s founder, as a state representative in July 1994 to fill a vacancy in the legislature.

What is that I smell in the air? Fear? Yes.

3. Brace yourself
Worse smears than this are in most certainly in store. The PNAC agenda is on the line.

When they are repeated in the 'mainstream' media, we've got a problem.

4. They won't know what hit them
It's time we fight back. Even if Dean doesn't win the nomination, I'm ready to stand up and rip these a**holes a new one. My isntincts tell me I'm not the only one.

Radical homesexual agenda. Yep, equal rights is radical isn't it? It's right up there with those radical black people who want to also be treated with equality and those damn radical women who complain about wanting to vote too. Don't get me started on those radical workers who want safety and security...

Okay America, if you don't believe in EQUALITY, vote for Bush because he's not interested either.

I have just one tiny question for these homophobic, anti-equality jerk offs: Do they have the balls to spew their crap in front of Cheney and his daughter?

5. In search of.....THE HOMOSEXUAL AGENDA
I am very wary of ANYTHING that tries to warn about the so-called "Homosexual Agenda"-- as a matter of fact, I've become quite sceptical of its very existence.

I mean, I've talked to most my gay and lesbian friends and neighbors (my neighborhood is about 50/50 gay/straight), and NONE of them could produce a copy of this "Homosexual Agenda" they talk about.

Not even the guys across the alley, from whom we borrow cooking supplies and power drills and give them in return my mom-in-law's homemade wine. They have just about EVERYTHING in their house, and they sure as hell had never seen this "Homosexual Agenda", either.

I even checked with the lesbian couple up the street, and they had not heard of it either. Dammit. I mean, they even had a RAINBOW flag out front of their house, and everything. If THEY don't have it, how are we supposed to know what it is?

Next, I checked with a friend of my wife's, a fellow computer nerd, when we were out to celebrate a mutual friend's birthday. He said that he'd been busy getting his master's in Computer Science, moving into a new house, and starting a new, better-paying job. However, he could shed no light on this "Homosexual Agenda".

I've become thoroughly convinced that this so-called "Homosexual Agenda" is something more akin to the Loch Ness Monster that exists primary in the overactive imaginations of certain right-wingers who have nothing better to do than to marginalize people because of their sexual orientation.

Either that, or it's merely the idea that everybody deserves equal rights regardless of race, color, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

The Republicons will do anything
It is typical, and expected. Remember, when stories like this start hitting mainstream in Mid-2004, Dean will not sit idly by. He will fight back. That is what scares the Bushies.

8. Clearly the article is hyperbole, but...
It makes you stop and wonder about all the things they can dig up about Dean that we don't know and just aren't prepared for.
We just don't know what we don't know yet.

If it turns out to be true that Dean did appoint the founder of a homosexual organisation as a state representative (and that is easy enough to verify) then it is going to cause really big problems for Dean in the general election.

How much faith do we have in Dean not having some skeltons in his closet that will destroy him in the eyes of the general electorate? Think about it.

Someone like Dick Gephardt who has served way out front in the public eye for over 20 years would be a much safer and cleaner candidate to run.
