Kerry denounces Bush Foreign Policy as "Inept"
"Senator John Kerry attacked President Bush yesterday for an "arrogant, inept, reckless" foreign policy and laid out a detailed plan for prosecuting the war on terrorism far differently while "building bridges to the Islamic world."

"On Iraq, Mr. Kerry accused the administration of considering a "cut and run strategy" in which it would speed up the timetable for withdrawing troops as a ploy to win votes in November 2004, but at the risk of "the hijacking of Iraq by terrorist groups and former Baathists."

"He proposed ideas for reaching out to Muslim nations, in part by charging American diplomats with appealing to "populations, not just to governments," and naming a presidential envoy to the Islamic world."

"We must speak," he said, "and we must listen."

Just another reason why Senator Kerry is the man. He's really been speaking up lately and going after the Administration in straightforward ways, and still finding time to outline his own positive message as well. Now that's a good combination. Take a look at the article, it outlines some great ideas Kerry has on dealing with Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. Good stuff!

2. I like Kerry
If he does not win the Democratic nomination (and it's fine with me if he does), I hope he will continue to work hard for the interests of our country either as a senator or as a part of the Democratic administration.

3. Nah. It's not even that good.
Inept is not nearly a bad enough characterization.

5. He said fucked up once
Kind of got him into a wee bit of trouble. Inept is pretty close to fucked up, as close as a Presidential candidate really ought to get.

4. Kerry understands how the world works...
...And how to make certain the USA is protected -- through peaceful, cooperative and mutually beneficial relationships with other nations.
