Clark Disagrees with Don Evans: "Mr. Secretary, Manufacturing Job Loss is No Myth"
Little Rock - According to the Wall Street Journal, Commerce Secretary Evans said it's "one of the great myths" that anything is wrong with the U.S. manufacturing sector.

General Wesley Clark disagrees:

"Mr. Secretary, manufacturing job loss is no myth. Under the Bush administration, 2.6 million manufacturing jobs have been lost. New Hampshire lost 1 in 5 factory jobs. South Carolina lost 55,000. The Bush administration hasn't done anything to help the manufacturing sector, and now we know why-they don't even think it's a problem."

2. Man he's hitting hard these days

He's seriously unleashed his own "military" style of attacks lately hasn't he? A verbal "shock and awe" if you will. He's hitting them with one/two punches every single day. I love it!!! The best thing is, Clark is used to addressing guys who, don't get me wrong, aren't highly educated. He releases statements in a language that the average person can hear and go, "Oh, I see what he's sayin'" It's one of the reasons people *gag* like Bush.

How could he call it a myth? Does he think that if maybe the jobs were outsourced somewhere else, then they do exist, just not here? Is this his logic??

Perhaps Clark needs to speak veeerrryy sloooowly to this guy and emphasize that 2.6 million American manufacture workers are out of a job. :eyes:
