From the site:
"Use the radio if you can VPR has a limited number of streams available. We've increased capacity to more than 1000 simultaneous users for this broadcast, but that may not be enough for everyone who wishes to stream. If it's possible for you to listen to the radio directly instead, please do so.

Archive available late Thursday evening If you are unable to connect to the live broadcast, you can still listen to the archive. We'll have it available online here before 10 P.M. ET."
